Comba’s New CriticalPoint VHF/UHF NG (Next Generation) single or dual band channelized Fiber DAS was designed with public safety, first responders in mind.  Fully compliant with the IFC and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), CriticalPoint’s Fiber DAS system is comprised of a Master Unit (MU) and Remotes Units (RU) providing wireless coverage of millions of square feet in combination with fiber expansion hubs to support up to 32 Remote Units.

In addition, by utilizing Comba’s well-known high efficiency RF amplifier design, the BDA provides a very small footprint, light-weight design, low electrical operating costs, and low UPS backup costs. Comba’s total vertical in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain management resources, ensure that the CriticalPoint UHF/VHF NG V3 BDA is very affordable, reliable and state of the art.

The NG platform will also support both Class A or Class B types of filtering and will be software configurable.  What sets the NG platform apart from the previous generation:
