FLEXWELL® elliptical waveguide uses a longitudinally seam-welded, highly conductive copper tube that RFS corrugates and forms into a precise elliptical shape. Manufacturers produce it in continuous lengths using a specialized seam welding process.

This corrugated design delivers excellent transverse stability, flexibility, and crush resistance, making installation and handling easier. Installers can run a continuous length directly from the tower-mounted antenna to the equipment building, eliminating unnecessary breaks.

Compared to rigid rectangular waveguide systems, FLEXWELL® feeders require less planning and significantly reduce installation time and cost.

RFS offers FLEXWELL® waveguides either pre-cut with factory-attached connectors or in continuous lengths for field termination.
