Alpha E3 48V DC Power System Overview

The Alpha E3 uses high-density rectifiers, a front-access distribution center, and the advanced Cordex CXC HP controller. As a result, it provides up to 400, 600, or 900 amps of output current.

In addition, the system supports universal 19” and 23” mounting, making installation simple. It also performs well in high-temperature and outdoor environments. Therefore, it works well for telecom sites, data centers, and other demanding applications.

The front-access design allows technicians to reach all distribution connections and controller I/O points easily. This design reduces maintenance time and improves safety.

Flexible Distribution and Design

The E3 distribution center supports up to 26 breaker positions and includes an integrated shunt and low voltage disconnect (LVD). Because of this flexibility, you can configure the system to meet different site requirements.

You can install the system in customer-provided racks or order it pre-configured in Alpha relay racks with battery trays. As a result, deployment becomes faster and more efficient.

Advanced Monitoring and Control

The built-in Cordex CXC HP controller includes a touchscreen interface for easy local setup. In addition, a web-based interface allows remote access through a standard browser.

Because of these features, operators can monitor performance, manage alarms, and adjust settings from anywhere.
